Firma:    Modernly managed, well recognized American corporation, specializing in production and distribution of water filtration systems based on reversed osmosis, water distribution systems as well as Health Care systems such as shower filters, ADR coolers, ADR balls and all kinds of other accessories based on water filtration systems all over the world. The concern includes few specialist, highly technical divisions of world-wide business range. One of the unquestionable leaders in its market segment worldwide. The corporation does hold plenty of water purification technology patents and patterns for achieving crystal clear water available to drink, cleaned out of toxins, and at the same time having a positive influence on human body and condition. For many years now, the concern have invested on polish market, where it has established two daughter companies, located in Łódź. Accurately, the concern does focus on intense development of all direct sales networks in the area of the whole Europe. Business partners of the daughter companies in Poland do cooperate in the area from Portugal to Russia and Ukraine.
Wymagania:    Main task of a person employed on the position of Sales and Marketing Director for Europe will be holding responsibility for all the matters concerning the company"s sales development strategy (sales and distribution) in the area of all countries in Europe. A person employed on this position will report directly to the company"s General Manager. Sales and Marketing Director for Europe will be coordinating sales and distribution by establishing direct sales networks and their territories, quotas, and goals. Main task of a person taking this position will be developing and motivating a professional sales team, developing programs for international direct sales networks and distributors, reviewing international market analyses to determine customer needs, evaluating potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and developing international campaigns for direct sales to accommodate goals of the company. A person holding this position will be identifying international market changes, key competitor's strategies, industry trends, sudden shifts, market loss and then developing and adjusting marketing plans to capitalize on identified opportunities and remain in a competitive environment internationally. He will be developing strategic plans to include growth opportunities in existing international target markets and to develop new growth market opportunities based on data and market share. A person holding this position will be personally negotiating contracts with foreign distributors, advising them concerning current and future market condition. He will be providing leadership ensuring that the products and service offerings are designed and matched to the international market and customer requirements. Moreover, a person holding this position will be responsible for directing conversion of products to foreign standards and specifications to ensure efficient operation under foreign conditions. He will be responsible for direct product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line. In close collaboration with marketing department, he will be preparing manuals and technical publications and representing the company at trade shows and industry associations to promote product.
Uwarunkowania:    University degree, preferably major in management or international trade management. MBA degree in international trade or Executive MBA degree would be an advantage. Fluency in spoken and written English is a condition necessary. Ability to speak Russian language would be a plus. Fluency in Polish language. Perfect knowledge of global water treatment systems market: companies, products, trade-marks, business methods, situating particular products and trade-marks, methods and management systems of trade development used on global market, international market analyses, computerized trade management systems applied, etc. At least 5 years of professional, managerial experience in creating and developing international sales structures in European Union, including experience in direct sales structures management. Experience in holding managerial position in sales structures of a renowned company producing water treatment systems or Health Care products would be an advantage. Experience in establishing, keeping and maintaining positive and resistant business relations especially with Key Accounts and company"s partners on international markets. Experience in preparing, implementing and developing loyalty programs, as well as experience in building and sustaining a prestigious corporate brand on international markets. Experience in holding a similar position in American corporation in a technical branch, proven by concrete achievements. Very good knowledge of MS Office Professional. Good knowledge of modern logistics systems, marketing, promotion and advertisements systems, analytical and financial systems. Ability to use MS Project would be an advantage. Ability to build and lead a team of young, ambitious, highly qualified salesmen. Exceptional leadership including: inspiring people to take action, developing trust and credibility throughout the organization. The ability to recognize new or improved ways of doing business and the willingness to make the decision to take action and implement change. Experience in managing international projects and economic processes. Sensitivity to customs of foreign cultures. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition and professionalism.
