"Bardzo zależy mi na rozwoju zrównoważonym, czyli takim, który nie tylko uwzględnia zrównoważenie finansów publicznych państwa, ale także coraz większą równowagę na rachunku bieżącym, który przecież m.in. pokazuje stopień uzależnienia od zagranicy. Wierzę, że poprzez wewnętrzne czynniki wzrostu, czyli poprzez silniejsze inwestycje i konsumpcję, która 'wsiąka' główne w produkcję i usługi generowane w Polsce, doprowadzimy do takiej mieszanki generatorów wzrostu PKB, która będzie bezpieczna i stabilna w średniej i długiej perspektywie. Można powiedzieć, że naszym zadaniem obecnie jest nadanie gospodarce dynamiki, jej rozruszanie. Gdy to się uda, pewne mechanizmy będą samoczynnie napędzały dalszy rozwój. Kiedy samochód ma ruszyć z miejsca, używamy najsilniejszego, pierwszego biegu, bo wtedy opór materii jest największy. Potem, gdy już pojazd się toczy, można włączyć bieg słabszy, ale szybszy" - stwierdził Mateusz Morawiecki.

Lockheed Martin Introduces Next-Generation Radar Technology
Syracuse, N.Y., USA - November 17, 2015 - After years of investment in state-of-the-art technology, Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) announced its next generation radar technology: the Digital Array Row Transceiver (DART). Based on the use of Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, DART results in greater performance within current Lockheed Martin radar products and lowers life-cycle costs due to an increase in energy efficiency. GaN is a low-risk solution whether part of a systems upgrade or in a newly built system. HCL and IBM to Develop Cloud Solutions to Enable Enterprise Digital Transformation

Boston Children's Hospital to Tap IBM Watson to Tackle Rare Pediatric Diseases
Boston, USA - November 10, 2015 - IBM (NYSE: IBM) and Boston Children's Hospital today announced that they intend to collaborate to apply IBM's Watson cognitive platform to help clinicians identify possible options for the diagnosis and treatment of rare pediatric diseases. The news was unveiled at the Global Pediatric Innovation Summit + Awards (#PedInno15). In an initial project focused on kidney disease, Watson will analyze the massive volumes of scientific literature and clinical databases on the Watson Health Cloud to match genetic mutations to diseases and help uncover insights that could help clinicians identify treatment options. Manhattan's USD20 Billion Hudson Yards Project is America's Biggest Real Estate Project Ever
New York, USA - October 25, 2015 - Hudson Yards is the area of Manhattan bounded by West 42nd and 43rd Streets, 7th and 8th Avenues, West 28th and 30th Streets, and Hudson River Park. With a bill of USD20 billion, the project will create over 17 million gross square feet over a train yard that houses LIRR and New Jersey Transit trains. Approximately 10 million gross square footage in Hudson Yards will be dedicated to office space, rivaling entire cities. Most of the construction has so far been done in the eastern section of the yards, which will be predominately commercial. All of the towers will be completed at different times, with the first tower set to open in March 2016, the retail and public space slated for a 2018 opening, and the entire yard completed in 2019. Much of what the developers have in store for the residential component of the project is still under wraps. Out of the 5,000 residential units that will be built by Related Companies, 431 will be dedicated to affordable housing.

To, że 'ktoś' jest szefem takiej organizacji, że cieszy się zaufaniem, powoduje, że Polacy, którzy są na ogół dobrze postrzegani, będą mieli jeszcze lepszą opinię w świecie" - stwierdził prof.
