Siemens starts operating its first 6 megawatt wind turbine
Erlangen, Germany - June 09, 2011 - Siemens Energy has installed the first prototype of its next generation offshore wind turbine in Hovsore, Denmark, and has today initiated the first trial operation. The new SWT-6.0-120 wind turbine with a power rating of 6 megawatts (MW) and a rotor diameter of 120 metres uses the innovative Siemens direct drive and proven rotor technology. Nacelle and rotor of the SWT-6.0-120 weigh together less than 350 tons, setting a new low-weight standard for large offshore machines.

Mitsubishi Corporation: Financial Results for the Year Ended March 2011
Tokyo, Japan - May 10, 2011 - Mitsubishi Corporation. Consolidated operating transactions for the year ended March 2011 increased 2,130.7 billion yen, or 12.5%, year on year to 19,233.4 billion yen. Gross profit rose 133.3 billion yen, or 13.1%, to 1,149.9 billion yen due to rising prices for coking coal and other resources, and to strong sales in steel products and automobile-related operations.
