Warszawa - 13 lutego 2013 - Polskie PKB wynosi rocznie ponad 1,5 biliona złotych. Czyli około 375 miliardów euro. Prawie 70 proc. polskiego PKB wytwarzają "misie" - mali i średni przedsiębiorcy. Ponad bilion złotych rocznie! 25 razy więcej niż sławetne środki unijne. To "misie", a nie żadna Unia, stanowią fundament naszej gospodarki. Może niech się pan premier ich zapyta, jak już będzie tak podróżował po Polsce z tymi wirtualnymi nieco walizkami pieniędzy, co powinien zrobić, żeby było im łatwiej tworzyć PKB, pisze dr hab. Tytuły "Ten, który zmienia polski przemysł" za rok 2012 zostały wręczone

Fujitsu and Panasonic to Consolidate System LSI Businesses in New Company
Tokyo and Osaka, Japan - February 7, 2013 - Fujitsu Limited and Panasonic Corporation (NYSE:PC/TSE:6752) today announced that the two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to consolidate the design and development functions of the system LSI businesses of Panasonic and Fujitsu Semiconductor Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu. In establishing the new integrated company, Development Bank of Japan Inc. (DBJ) has been asked to assist with investment and financing. With the new integrated company, Fujitsu and Panasonic plan to combine the technological prowess that they have long accumulated, while concentrating new investments on key fields to be a global top-level LSI company.

Dell Enters Into Agreement to Be Acquired By Michael Dell and Silver Lake for $24.4 billion
Round Rock, Texas, USA - February 05, 2013 - Dell Inc. today announced it has signed a definitive merger agreement under which Michael Dell, Dell's Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, in partnership with global technology investment firm Silver Lake, will acquire Dell. Under the terms of the agreement, Dell stockholders will receive $13.65 in cash for each share of Dell common stock they hold, in a transaction valued at approximately $24.4 billion.
