• Restructuring and development, a factory that continues to challenge itself

After strengthening its positions in France and China, the French company Forsee Power, an expert in smart battery systems, announces the development and restructuring of its second European site, located in Wroclaw, Poland.

This plant is dedicated to the manufacturing of Smart Life battery systems (light mobility, medical equipment and portable equipment), mainly for European customers.

In the wake of the announcement of a € 15 million fundraiser from Bpifrance, dedicated to increasing the production capacity of its plant in Poitiers, Forsee Power is boosting and restructuring its Polish plant.

With a production of more than 590,000 battery packs a year, the Polish factory welcomed a new site manager to manage all the operational teams.

In office since September 2018, Paweł Jazienicki wants to make the Forsee Power site in Poland a European reference for assembling small industrial batteries.

Already with a strong industrial expertise (Faurecia, Wisi Automotive and Vectrix), Paweł Jazienicki is also surrounded by several expert profiles.

The Logistics specialist, product engineer, quality engineer, process engineer, production supervisor, and after-sales service manager all reinforce and consolidate the team already in place, composed of around forty people.

This new organization, versatile and with strong industrial potential, now presents an opportunity to the Wroclaw site to benefit from all the necessary resources of the local team and to integrate the after-sales service activity of the Smart Life division.

In addition, the Polish plant has the certifications confirming quality management and HSE (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 18001), compliance with environmental management processes (ISO 14001) and the quality of its products (French Railways SNCF certification SQ900D).

Christophe Gurtner, a true entrepreneur in the battery industry for over 25 years, founded Forsee Power in 2011 with the strong belief that smart battery systems are the key to a sustainable energy transition.

He started with Saft where he spent 13 years in international business development and general management positions in France, Germany, UK, USA and Asia / Japan.
