Dan Vetras
Chief Executive Officer of Visible Technologies

Dan Vetras is the Chief Executive Officer of Visible Technologies.
Dan Vetras brings over 25 years of experience in technology, sales management, business development and M&A activity to the Visible Technologies' executive management team.

As CEO, he is responsible for corporate strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and is very involved in building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Most recently, Dan served as president and CEO of Talisma, a Bellevue, Washington-based company that sells customer interaction management solutions.
While at Talisma he was instrumental in the May 2008 sale of the company to nGenera, a provider of business innovation platform software.

Prior to joining Talisma, Vetras was president and CEO at Captura Software, where he directed the company's strategies and operations and played a dominant role in Captura's 2002 acquisition by Concur Technologies.

Before taking the helm at Captura, he was Vice President of Sales at Intranets.com/Web Ex.

Dan served IBM as vice president of worldwide consumer software sales upon its acquisition of Edmark Corporation, where he was vice president of consumer sales and channel marketing.

He also spent seven years in sales management and business development positions at Lotus Development Corporation/IBM.

Troy M. Pearsall
Executive Vice President of Architecture & Engineering at In-Q-Tel

As Executive Vice President of Architecture & Engineering, Troy M. Pearsall oversees In-Q-Tel’s technology assessment and solutions architectures development.
The team’s mission is to help identify and evaluate innovative technology solutions that will address the needs of the U.S. Intelligence Community, which includes engaging with IQT’s government customers to determine technology requirements and to identify and evaluate technologies for their effectiveness and potential mission impact prior to an IQT strategic investment.
In this role, Mr. Pearsall also directs the development of viable solutions frameworks, reference architectures, and solutions plans that prioritize and address critical technology needs within IQT’s various IC partner communities.

Mr. Pearsall has over 15 of years experience in technology development and adoption.
Prior to joining IQT, Mr. Pearsall served in numerous management roles in the public and private sectors including several Fortune 500 and startup companies.

Before assuming the role of Executive Vice President of Architecture & Engineering, Mr. Pearsall served as a Visionary Solutions Architect on IQT’s technical team, championing investments in the areas of information visualization and visual analytics.

Mr. Pearsall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
