	Glenn W. Tyranski

Tyranski was promoted to senior vice president on January 6, 2006. He reports directly to Ketchum.

Glenn W. Tyranski is senior vice president, Financial Compliance, NYSE Regulation, Inc.

Mr. Tyranski, 43, is responsible for the financial reviews of prospective as well as existing listed companies, of domestic and international origin. He was named to his current position in January 2006.

Mr. Tyranski joined the NYSE’s Competitive Position group in 1996 as director, Financial Compliance.  He was promoted in 1998 to managing director, Financial Compliance, and assumed overall responsibility for the function.

Prior to joining the exchange, Mr. Tyranski spent 13 years with KPMG Peat Marwick, rising to the level of senior audit manager.

Mr. Tyranski received a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Computers and Information Systems upon graduating summa cum laude from King’s College in 1984.

Mr. Tyranski is a CPA in New York State and is a member of the Board of Trustees of various not-for-profits in New York City and Long Island.
