ZUS wybiera IBM Z w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa danych klientów
Warszawa - 05 luty 2019 - ZUS wybrał platformę IBM Z, aby zapewnić bezpieczeństwo i efektywność systemu KSI, który jest sercem systemu emerytalnego w Polsce. KSI ZUS należy do dziesięciu największych na świecie systemów IT - obsługuje około 24 milionów obywateli, przetwarza 900 mln dokumentów w skali roku i operuje na 140 TB danych. Aby pomóc chronić dane klientów i zapewnić zgodność z nowymi regulacjami, w tym RODO, ZUS wybrał system IBM z14, który oferuje pełne szyfrowanie danych i może przetwarzać 850 milionów w pełni szyfrowanych transakcji dziennie.

Toyota and SoftBank Joint Venture, MONET, Starts Operations
Toyota City and Tokyo, Japan - February 01, 2019 - Toyota Motor Corporation (Toyota) and SoftBank Corp. (SoftBank) have completed investment in their joint venture, MONET Technologies Inc. (MONET), with full-scale operations commencing today. "Autono-MaaS" is a new word created by combining "Autonomous vehicle" and "Mobility as a Service (MaaS)". It describes mobility services that use autonomous vehicles provided by Toyota.

Intel Names Robert Swan CEO
Santa Clara, Calif., USA - January 31, 2019 - Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) today announced that its board of directors has named Robert (Bob) Swan as chief executive officer. Swan, 58, who has been serving as Intel's interim CEO for seven months and as chief financial officer since 2016, is the seventh CEO in Intel's 50-year history. Swan has also been elected to Intel's board of directors.
