Michelin Challenge Design Celebrates Ten Years And Announces The 2012 Design Theme
Detroit, USA - First introduced at the 2002 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), the Michelin Challenge Design program now celebrates its tenth year. Michelin Challenge Design has received nearly 3,000 entries over ten years. Participants have represented 98 countries. The theme for 2012, being announced at NAIAS, is: City 2046: Art, Life and Ingenuity. In honor of Michelin's tradition of innovation, 2046 was chosen because it is the 100th anniversary of the radial tire.

IBM Reports 2011 First-Quarter Results
Armonk, N.Y., USA - April 19, 2011 - IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced first-quarter 2011 diluted earnings of $2.31 per share, compared with diluted earnings of $1.97 per share in the first quarter of 2010, an increase of 17 percent. First-quarter net income was $2.9 billion compared with $2.6 billion in the first quarter of 2010, an increase of 10 percent. Operating (non-GAAP) net income was $3.0 billion compared with $2.6 billion in the first quarter of 2010, an increase of 13 percent.

Apple Reports Second Quarter Results
Cupertino, California, USA - April 20, 2011 - Apple today announced financial results for its fiscal 2011 second quarter ended March 26, 2011. The Company posted record second quarter revenue of $24.67 billion and record second quarter net profit of $5.99 billion, or $6.40 per diluted share. These results compare to revenue of $13.50 billion and net quarterly profit of $3.07 billion, or $3.33 per diluted share, in the year-ago quarter.
