World Silver Survey: Poland's KGHM was the world's largest producer of silver in 2011
Lubin, Poland - April 23, 2012 - Poland's KGHM was the world's top silver producer in 2011, boosting its annual production by 8.5% year-on-year to 1,260 tonnes and surpassing BHP Billiton and Fresnillo, according to the World Silver Survey. KGHM produces high-quality, 99,99% pure silver in the form of bars and grains. Silver in the form of bars is registered under the KGHM HG brand, and holds a certificate of registration on NYMEX as well as Good Delivery certificates issued by the London Bullion Market Association and the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.

GE Healthcare to Develop Next Generation Compact Cyclotron and PET Tracer System for Global Markets

Ingolstadt, Germany and Bologna, Italy - April 18, 2012 - AUDI AG is acquiring from Investindustrial Group the tradition-steeped Italian sports motorcycle manufacturer Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., which has its registered office in Bologna. Alongside the traditional Italian brands Lamborghini and Italdesign, Ducati is now a third pillar for AUDI AG in Northern Italy. In 2011, Ducati sold around 42,000 motorcycles and generated revenue of some EUR480 million, employing around 1,100 people.
