New 22nm Intel Xeon Processors to Boost Dell Micro Servers' Performance by 95%
Round Rock, Texas, USA - May 8, 2012 - Dell today announced its latest Dell PowerEdge C5220 - the world's first microserver to be based on the Intel Xeon processor E3-1200 v2 product family featuring the industry leading 22nm technology with 3D Tri-Gate transistors. The upcoming Intel Xeon family of single socket server processors will include lowest voltage Intel Xeon ever - 17 Watt as well as 45 Watt TDPs. Dell's micro servers with new processors are designed to deliver up to 95% more performance within the same rack and 50% more density compared to the previous generation of micro servers.

GE Healthcare to Develop Next Generation Compact Cyclotron and PET Tracer System for Global Markets

AUDI AG acquires sports motorcycle manufacturer Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A.
Ingolstadt, Germany and Bologna, Italy - April 18, 2012 - AUDI AG is acquiring from Investindustrial Group the tradition-steeped Italian sports motorcycle manufacturer Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., which has its registered office in Bologna. Alongside the traditional Italian brands Lamborghini and Italdesign, Ducati is now a third pillar for AUDI AG in Northern Italy. In 2011, Ducati sold around 42,000 motorcycles and generated revenue of some EUR480 million, employing around 1,100 people.
