Prof. Witold Orłowski: Trwałe miejsca pracy tworzone są tylko w sektorze prywatnym
Warszawa - 07 grudnia 2012 - Trwałe i możliwe do utrzymania na długą metę miejsca pracy tworzone są tylko w sektorze prywatnym, w oparciu o rachunek ekonomiczny. Oczywiście można takie działania wspierać, ale nie zastąpi się w ten sposób przedsiębiorców w tworzeniu miejsc pracy. Dlatego głównym działaniem, służącym trwałemu zmniejszeniu bezrobocia wśród młodzieży, powinno być właśnie wspieranie przedsiębiorczości. Zwłaszcza przedsiębiorczości samych młodych ludzi, którzy powinni sami próbować zakładać firmy, w oparciu o własną energię, entuzjazm, chęć dokonania w życiu czegoś ważnego i osiągnięcia sukcesu. Oczywiście za cenę podjęcia nieuniknionego ryzyka - pisze prof. dr hab. Witold Orłowski, Dyrektor Szkoły Biznesu Politechniki Warszawskiej.

Qualcomm and its Subsidiary Pixtronix Expands Display Technology Agreement with Sharp

Auchan kupił od Metro Group sieć marketów Real w Polsce i Europie Wschodniej za 1,1 mld EUR
Warszawa, 30 listopada 2012 - Metro Group podpisała dzisiaj z francuską korporacją handlową Groupe Auchan porozumienie o sprzedaży działalności sieci marketów Real w Europie Wschodniej. Groupe Auchan przejmuje aktywności operacyjne i nieruchomości spółki-córki Metro w Polsce, Rumunii, Rosji i na Ukrainie. Sprzedaż obejmuje 91 hipermarketów Real, w tym własne nieruchomości w 14 lokalizacjach. Real w roku 2011 w tych czterech krajach wypracował przychód ponad 2,6 mld EUR.

Już w 2020 roku USA mogą eksportować nawet 190 mld m3 gazu rocznie
Oxford Institute for Energy Studies zamieścił na swoich stronach internetowych raport dotyczący północnoamerykańskiego rynku gazu, którego autorem jest James Henderson. Obecnie cena gazu w USA jest kilkakrotnie niższa niż w Europie i Azji. Tymczasem zapotrzebowanie na import gazu gwałtownie rośnie, szczególnie w regionie Azji i Pacyfiku, gdzie w ciągu pierwszej dekady tego wieku zwiększyło się z 19 aż do 112 mld metrów sześciennych. USA przeżywają rewolucję gazu łupkowego i mogą wkrótce zacząć eksportować surowiec na dużą skalę. Planują budowę nowych i rozbudowę istniejących terminali LNG, dzięki czemu eksport gazu w 2020 roku może osiągnąć 190 mld metrów sześciennych rocznie.

IEA: the United States becomes a net exporter of natural gas by 2020 and world's top energy producer by 2035
London, UK - November 12, 2012 - The global energy map is changing in dramatic fashion, the International Energy Agency (IEA) said as it launched the 2012 edition of the World Energy Outlook (WEO). The Agency's flagship publication, released today in London, said these changes will recast expectations about the role of different countries, regions and fuels in the global energy system over the coming decades. In the New Policies Scenario, the WEO's central scenario, the United States becomes a net exporter of natural gas by 2020 and is almost self-sufficient in energy, in net terms, by 2035.
