Warszawa - 22 września 2013 - "Rodzina to wspólnota, w której kształtują się więzi społeczne. Rodzina przekazuje podstawowe wartości, zaszczepia odpowiedzialność. Rodzina uczy dawać i otrzymywać, co jest naczelną zasadą współczesnej demokracji. Uczy współodpowiedzialności za siebie i za całą wspólnotę, za innych. Istotną kwestią dla samodzielności ekonomicznej rodzin są warunki dla rozwoju przedsiębiorczości. Trzeba uczyć ludzi, że nie wszystko należy się od innych, nie wszystko należy się od państwa, wiele trzeba zrobić samemu na poziomie społeczności lokalnej, takiej, jaką jest samorząd, albo w wyniku własnej inicjatywy, własnej przedsiębiorczości. Warto pamiętać o tym, że ponad 1,5 mln firm w Polsce stanowią firmy rodzinne. To dorobek polskich przemian. Firmy rodzinne są dowodem na to, że to w rodzinie jest gigantyczny potencjał, nie tylko emocjonalny, ale także ekonomiczny, i jest siła, jest źródło uczenia zaradności, przedsiębiorczości, kreatywności w zakresie budowania lepszej rzeczywistości dla siebie, dla swojej rodziny, dla całego kraju." - pisze Bronisław Komorowski, Prezydent Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

IBM Acquires Daeja Image Systems Ltd.

Polish Company PKN ORLEN to acquire an upstream company TriOil Resources in Canada
Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Warsaw, Poland - September 16, 2013 - PKN ORLEN S.A., through its subsidiary ORLEN Upstream Sp. z o.o. has entered into an arrangement agreement with TriOil Resources Ltd., a Canadian company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, which will initiate the acquisition of TriOil. PKN ORLEN has agreed with TriOil to acquire 100% of the shares of the company for CAD 2.85 per share, representing total cash consideration of approximately $183.7 million. The offer has been accepted by the Board of Directors of TriOil, and will be considered by the shareholders of TriOil at the meeting of shareholders in November 2013.

A przecież przedsiębiorca poza śledzeniem tych wszystkich zmian, lawirowania między sprzecznymi przepisami i interpretacjami powinien jeszcze prowadzić działalność gospodarczą i zarabiać pieniądze. W tej chwili jest to coraz trudniejsze. Dlatego uważam, że żadne punktowe zmiany nie naprawią sytuacji. Potrzebna jest rewolucja. Prawo podatkowe trzeba po prostu napisać od nowa." - twierdzi Cezary Kaźmierczak, prezes Związku Przedsiębiorców i Pracodawców.

Alcatel-Lucent signs contract with Telefonica to supply ultra-broadband 4G LTE communications in Spain
Paris, France - September 5, 2013 - Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) has reached an agreement with Telefonica, to become a reference supplier for its 4G LTE network in Spain, in a 4G LTE project that is among the largest in Western Europe.
