For many years, the company is one of the leading manufacturers of a wide variety of foods, including soft drinks and desserts. Consumers appreciate not only the great taste of products, but also the fact that they are produced with the best ingredients, without preservatives or artificial colors. The company is operating in the global market with great success for many years now. Its well-known brands, built by their founder from scratch have fans in 58 countries on six continents. The products advertisements are broadcasted in the most popular TV channels in prime time. Currently, corporate management decided to create a new role of Global Premium Brand Director for the iconic soft drink, which in recent years becomes huge sensation at young ambitious, bright and educated people, who like challenging work, vivid entertainment and relaxation in the spirit of the 21st century.
Wymagania:    The main task of the person hired for the position of Global Premium Brand Director will be creating and implementing marketing plans and projects, managing brand of iconic premium soft drink on every continent. The drink is surprising in a smart way, allows to make funny dialogue and that"s the brand differentiator that positions this iconic brand on top of others. The brand has a positive image. It's nice to be seen with it because it is different, it is original, it gives positive evidence of consumer - who is a person interested in the world, in search of new ways of thinking and living. Today, the brand has not only a huge fan page, but it is a cult drink for young people, bloggers, vlogers and fans of social media. In addition, the person hired for this position will be responsible for creating and implementing a 360 degrees communication strategy, for financial and sales performance indicators throughout the world, for creating promotional and informational materials, for control of marketing budget, for market analysis - sales and consumer - along with a recommendation for further actions / projects appropriate to the premium brand. Will cooperate with the Department of Trade Marketing for projects aimed at improving the distribution and projects related to point of sale activation. Cooperation with agencies and external suppliers - such as creative agencies, media companies, research agencies, etc. A person employed as a Global Premium Brand Director will report directly to the Marketing Director.
Uwarunkowania:    Good business sense and understanding of new trends in the field of non-alcoholic beverages in the world. Excellent knowledge of the young generation characterized by appearance, freshness, vigor, spirit, etc. Master degree in marketing. MBA in marketing or British certified CIM (The Chartered Institute of Marketing) will be a plus. At least 3 years of experience in brand management in the company in the FMCG sector, especially in the non-alcoholic beverages. Experience in managing a reputable iconic soft drink brand cherished by young people. Practical experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies. Experience in working with the data prepared by the research agencies (AC Nielsen, GfK). Functional analytical skills. Fluent in English. Experience in managing a team of young, ambitious colleagues. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Results orientated. Ability to work in a team of professionals from various fields. Excellent communication skills. Ability to make decisions and effectively enforce their implementation in geographically dispersed structures but functionally united. Very high creativity and proactivity. Open to new challenges. Working knowledge of MS Office and computer programs to support business processes. Availability and commitment to the task. Strong focus on professional goals.
