Wymagania:    Main task of a person employed on the position of Marketing Director will be holding responsibility for all the matters concerning the company's marketing strategy in the area of the United States of America, Canada, Australia, Mexico, all countries of Europe, South America, Middle East and Asia. A person employed on this position will report directly to the company's President of the Board in New York, USA. The particular emphasis should be put on an intense enlargement of European and American market's share, straightening position, brand, and significance throughout international market as well as an effective growth of company's market strength through all continents.
Uwarunkowania:    University degree, preferably major in marketing or management. MBA degree in marketing or Executive MBA degree. Fluency in spoken and written English is a condition necessary. Excellent knowledge of modern methods and techniques of strategic marketing and product marketing in FMCG sector. Knowledge of actual, international energy drinks market will be an advantage. Experience in holding the position of Marketing Director in a significant international corporation in FMCG segment, proven by concrete professional achievements. At least 5 years of professional experience in product marketing in renowned, international FMCG companies or at least two years of experience in creating and realizing strategy marketing in a renowned FMCG company. Experience on the position of Marketing Director in a renowned company producing energy drinks would be an advantage. Experience in FMCG products marketing that are being sold through international megastores nets or international petrol/filling/gas stations. General knowledge about prestigious corporate brand building, production, logistics, sales principles related to energy drinks in modern business world. Perfect business sense and intuition in FMCG segment. Very good knowledge and experience in drawing up, implementing and improving modern loyalty programs for individual and corporate clients with stress on FMCG products in various countries. Ability to take a calculated risk, creativity, courage and determination in taking actions along with perfect sense of accurate clients' needs resulting from dynamically changing environment, conditions and possibilities to fulfill those needs in particular place, time and method. Experience in building and sustaining a prestigious corporate brand on international markets. Experience in collaboration with renowned market research agencies, media houses, advertisement agencies and Public Relations agencies. Experience in preparing and ability to present effectively new, modern multimedia products and advertisement spots. Strategic thinking - ability to predict future market trends and designing modern marketing actions in order to win and expand to new markets. Ability to create and develop the marketing politics, planning and implementing significant changes of high importance to sales strategies for particular groups of products. Experience in holding a similar position in an American corporation in nonalcoholic beverages branch proven by concrete professional achievements would be an advantage. Good knowledge of modern integrated management computer systems of ERP type for managing modern corporations. Very good knowledge of MS Office Professional. Ability to use MS Project. Ability to lead a team of young, ambitious, highly qualified and motivated experts specializing in many various fields in over a dozen foreign countries in the world. Experience in managing international projects and economic processes. Ambition and professionalism. A will to improve personal and professional skills constantly.
