Since many years now, the company has had its own easily recognizable trade-mark on global market. One of the unquestionable leaders in its market segment worldwide.
Wymagania:    Main task of a person employed on the position of Sales Director will be holding responsibility for all the matters concerning the company"s trade development strategy (sales and distribution) in the area of all countries in America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. A person employed on this position will report directly to the company"s President of the Board in New York, USA. In close collaboration with corporation"s international Partners (especially in France, Germany, Holland and Great Britain), renowned production and logistics companies in over a dozen countries in the world, with the Boards of Directors of the dependant companies as well as with directors and managers of other organizational departments, a person holding this position will be realizing all company"s trade targets in the area of European, Middle East and Asian countries, and afterwards in the area of South and Middle America - according to law regulations and to the business development strategy in these regions agreed by the Supervisory Board.
Uwarunkowania:    University degree, preferably major in management or marketing. MBA degree in international trade or Executive MBA degree. Fluency in spoken and written English is a condition necessary. Perfect knowledge of global nonalcoholic beverages market: companies, products, trade-marks, business methods, situating particular products and trade-marks, methods and management systems of trade development used on global market, international market analyses, computerized trade management systems applied, etc. General knowledge of regulations concerning financial reporting of companies noted on American Stock Exchange NYSE or NASDAQ would be an advantage. Experience in holding the position of Commercial Director, Sales Director, Sales Manager for EMEA in a significant international corporation in FMCG segment, proven by concrete professional achievements. At least 3 years of professional, managerial experience in creating and developing international sales structures in European Union, including at least yearly experience in indirect structures management. Experience in holding managerial position in sales structures of a renowned company producing energy drinks would be an advantage. Experience in creating / building the sales strategy of FMCG products pointed to international megastores nets or international petrol/filling/gas stations. Experience in establishing, keeping and maintaining positive and resistant business relations especially with Key Accounts and company"s partners on international markets, especially in FMCG branch. Experience in preparing, implementing and developing loyalty programs, as well as experience in building and sustaining a prestigious corporate brand on international markets. Experience in holding a similar position in American corporation in nonalcoholic beverages branch, proven by concrete achievements. Good knowledge of modern integrated management computer systems of ERP type for managing modern corporations. Very good knowledge of MS Office Professional. Good knowledge of modern logistics systems, marketing, promotion and advertisements systems, analytical and financial systems. Ability to use MS Project would be an advantage. Ability to lead a team of young, ambitious, highly qualified experts specializing in many various fields in over a dozen foreign countries in the world. Experience in managing international projects and economic processes. Ambition and professionalism. A will to improve personal and professional skills constantly. Perfect references from all the workplaces during professional career course. Workplace: Europe with numerous business trips to the Middle East and Asia.
