$43.50 per share, or an enterprise value of
$1.5 billion.

Upon the closing of the acquisition, all remaining outstanding shares of
ArcSight common stock, other than those held by stockholders who properly perfect appraisal rights under
Delaware law, were converted into the right to receive
$43.50 per share in cash.

From November 2000 until its acquisition in April 2004 by IBM, Mr. Reilly served as Chief Executive Officer of Trigo Technologies, Inc., a product information management software company.

Lesjak was named interim CEO on August 6, 2010 and has been the CFO since January 1, 2007.
As a 24-year veteran of the company, Lesjak has held a broad range of financial leadership roles across HP.
Before being named CFO, Lesjak served as senior vice president and treasurer, responsible for managing the company’s worldwide cash, debt, foreign exchange, capital structure, risk management and benefits plan administration.
Earlier in her career at HP, she managed financial operations for Enterprise Marketing and Solutions and the Software Global Business Unit.
Before that, she was group controller for HP's Software Solutions Organization and managed HP's global channel credit risk as controller and credit manager for the Commercial Customer Organization.
Lesjak has a bachelor's degree in biology from Stanford University and a master of business degree in finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
